Warrior Gym Rings are designed for gymnastic movements and to challenge existing strength/endurance exercises such as dips and push-ups. All exercises and movements patterns advertised for suspension trainers, can be achieved with gym rings and more. The gym ring straps are industrial and are 40mm wide and 4.4m long.
The wooden rings are 28mm thick and provide excellent grip. The Warrior Gym rings are an excellent addition the indoor commerical gym or well equipment home gym area.

Notes: The wooden ring is smooth with superior grip however it is unprotected wood. Exposure to rain and the elements is not advised as they are designed for indoor use. Ensure the strap is correctly routed through the buckle (i.e. reverse the strap through the buckle)
